1. Artificial intelligence makes it possible for computers to learn from previous events, make adjustments for new inputs and perform tasks.

2. AI SmartCopy, allows you to embed a form on a virtual copy of your sites page right on Goodbinder. Feature will require DNS verification and will require a verified domain account that matches the target domain. In other words, you cannot copy a domain that does not match everything after the @ symbol in your registered email. Target Q3 2025.

3. AI SpeakType is a feature to type in plane language and have your form generated. Targetted for a Q4 2025 deployment.

4. Goodbinder's primary data and servers are hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) Americas Region. Currently, there are no plans of deploying new assets to EU as (GDPR) does not require physical servers in the EU.

6. For the list of all security accreditations granted to the data center we use, please visit AWS Compliance Program page.

7. Goodbinder will retain your form or application collected data for 15 days. After this cutoff, and at our discretion, we will begin data removal process. The form owner will always receive the data from the applications as it is collected.

7. EU Data Protection: At this time, Goodbinder does not use sub-processors. The Controller's (You) data is effectively protected under AWS Cloud Security environment. Our data Controller (You) can terminate your account and data at any time from the profile dashboard. Goodbinder intends to remain GDPR compliant.
