The Control Panel moves you through the process of creating your forms and pages. Data allows you to set the fields you wish to index. You only need to do this if you plan on querying your data on Goodbinder. Share lets you select a page to embed your form in. Here, you can also get the embed script to add directly to your own web site. Save, preview and publish should be used to get your form to the final state. If you want a data push to your external system via the api call, use webhook.
